Chanel Black Caviar Jumbo Quilted Classic 2.55 Flap Bag 24k gold plated
The caviar jumbo classic flaps are one of the most popular models from all of Chanel's models. The jumbo caviar flaps from this generation of 2.55's are said by Chanel enthusiasts to be the most well-made, with sturdy structure, immaculate stitching, quilting, and luxurious yet firm caviar texture. This particular generation of the jumbo caviar flap will not slouch or lose structure like the more modern styles. Grommets and chains are thicker and bag is well-balanced.
The 24k Gold Plated CC closure is a great contrast to the Black caviar.
This item is in great condition with very few signs of normal use. There are very light marks/scratches on the tip of the turnlock "nose" but the CC plating is clean and shiny. Corners are clean with no signs of rubbing or scuffing. Chunky gold hardware is a deep, yellow gold hardware and shiny. Note: Chanel no longer uses 24k gold to plate their golden hardware as they did with this model. Interior is clean. Please see photos for details.
